Our vision is to promote health literacy and eliminate inequities in McHenry County by achieving transformative healthcare outcomes through innovative, evidence-based health screenings and education, premier partnerships with community organizations, and seamless access to healthcare providers.

OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE:
Improve access to care, increase health awareness, and connect individuals to healthcare providers.
What started as a group of community leaders and agencies looking to better the health and wellness of McHenry County, has become a team of healthcare and community members bringing their love of service to our most vulnerable populations.
We partner with other area agencies, faith-based communities and local healthcare professionals to bring preventative care directly into trusted neighborhood spaces.
Our team consists of dedicated nurses, doctors and healthcare professionals. We believe that health should not depend on income, insurance status, or background. We work to remove barriers and build trust by treating all individuals with respect, dignity, compassion, and a joyful spirit in order to connect our participants to established community healthcare providers.
No-Cost Health Screenings in McHenry County
We offer free community health screenings focused on prevention, early detection, and education around chronic disease. Services Provided at No-Cost:

These services are available to underserved members of McHenry County. You do not need insurance and you do not need to be a member of a church to attend. Our screening events are staffed by registered nurses, physicians, medical assistants, and more, to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
